Capacity and R&D

The company has an annual production capacity of 500,000 medium and heavy-duty engine camshafts and 3 million valve tappets. It has advanced heat treatment technology in the production of camshafts and tappets. The new type of valve lifter brazed by two materials of hard alloy +45# steel developed in 2011 has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Large-scale supporting heavy truck Hangfaman series engines have also been used by Shanghai Hino , Shangchai and Yuchai are used together, and the product quality reaches the level of German and Japanese manufacturing.
